In particular, Innogration developed 12V GaN process and transistors for sub-8GHz application, to replace traditional or legacy 8-12V GaAs power pHEMT, and enable higher performance for either broadband or higher band within S and C band, in cost effective way, especially for the application limited by lower power supply like portable radio or UAV etc.

As rule of thumb, power at 8V is 3dB lower and power at 10V is 1dB lower, compared to power at 12V rated below
