In order to support higher power and more ruggedness requirement at HF/VHF band, Innogration is increasing the breakdown voltage up to 170V or higher used for 55-60V class AB, also enable higher voltage Class E operation. Meanwhile, we are optimizing the thermal design from die layout and package to enable safer CW operation under higher power density. They are also the drop-in ruggedness upgraded and backup solution for the most popular rugged 50V LDMOS especially at class E operation.
