In order to support higher power and more ruggedness requirement at HF/VHF band, Innogration is increasing the breakdown voltage up to 190V for 65V class AB operation, also enable higher voltage Class E operation at typical 50V. Meanwhile, we are optimizing the thermal design from die layout and package to enable safer CW operation under higher power density.
